Day 1 Shanghai

Visit to the Bund Waterfront, Jade Buddha Temple. Dinner is served in a restaurant.

Day 2 Shanghai

Visit to Yu Yuan Garden, Old Town, Shanghai Museum, Pudong Economic Development District, Oriental Pearl TV Tower.

Day 3 Shanghai 90km(1hr) Suzhou

Leave Shanghai for Suzhou in the morning, including a visit to Zhujiajiao, a water town.
A tour of Hanshan Temple.

Day 4 Suzhou 240km(2.5hrs) Nanjing

Visit Lingering Garden or Master-of-Nets Garden. Leave Suzhou for Nanjing after lunch. A sightseeing tour of a temple bazaar on the bank of the Qinhuai River.

Day 5 Nanjing

Morning visit to the Mausoleum of Dr. Sun Yat-sen and Linggu Temple Park. Attractions in the temple are Beamless Hall and Linggu Pagoda. After lunch, a visit to the Presidential Palace of the former Republic of China. It was also the imperial palace of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom. Dinner at a restaurant.

Day 6 Nanjing 400km(4hrs) Xuzhou

Leave Nanjing in the morning. Lunch is served in Xuzhou. Visit Han Dynasty Terracotta Museum, West Han Chu King's Tomb in Lion Hill and Xuzhou Museum. Dinner at a restaurant.

Day 7 Xuzhou 180km(2.5hrs) Qufu

A visit to Guishan Han Tomb. Han Dynasty and Folk Custom Museum.
Leave Xuzhou for Qufu, the birthplace of Confucius.

Lunch at Qufu.
Visit the magnificent Confucius Temple, Confucius Mansion and Confucius Family Cemetery and some other well-preserved historical sites and relics. The city was listed by UNESCO in 1994 as the world cultural heritage.
Dinner at a restaurant.

Day 8 Qufu 77km(1hr) Tai'an 270km(3.5hrs) Tianjin

Leave Qufu for Tai'an in the morning. Arrive in Tai'an at the foot of Mount Tai, the highest mountain in Eastern China.
Take cable car to the top of the mountain and have a breathtaking panoramic view. Then down the mountain by cable car for lunch and visit Dai Temple, one of three largest temples in China.The mountain was listed by UNESCO in 1987 as the world natural and cultural heritage.Leave for Tianjin, an international trade port. Dinner at a restaurant in Tianjin.

Day 9 Tianjin 120km(1.20hrs) Beijing

Visit Yangliuqing Painting Studio, the Shi Family's Courtyard House. A visit to Tianjin Museum after lunch. Leave for Beijing.

Day 10 Beijing

A tour of Tian'anmen Square, the world's largest public square.Visit Palace museum, known as the Forbidden City.
Visit Temple of Heaven, the largest temple complex in China, and the Summer Palace, a former Summer resort for the royal family. Dinner at a restaurant.

Day 11 Beijing

A full day excursion to the Great wall. After lunch, a drive to the Ming Tombs along the Sacred way with giant marble figures and animals guarding the tomb area. In the evening you are treated to a delicious Beijing roasted duck dinner.
